In the Classroom

Be Part of the ASP Experience!

If you are interested in volunteering in our program, please contact us. We would love to have you!

You may volunteer to help with homework support in the classroom, volunteer during ASP events, and/ or volunteer to hold an enrichment on Wednesdays to provide students with a broader experience of activities they may be intersted in. We hope to see you with us soon!

Destination Stations and Hall Passes

  • Students must check in with their educator and fill in the Destination Station in their class whenever they need to leave the classroom for office hours or any other reason.  This way, we become more aware of each student's location at all times.

  •  Students who leave their classroom for purposes other than office hours, sports, clubs, etc. must carry with them an Expanded Learning Program Hall Pass from their classroom.

Chromebook Schedule

Students have access to utilize the chromebook cart for their homework assignments daily, after 3:40PM.  Students must have permission and a Extended Learning Program Hall Pass from their educator to access the chromebook cart in the Learning Center.

To check out a chromebook, students must fill out information on the Chrombook Check Out clipboard.  Once the assignment is completed, the student must have an ASP staff in the Learning Center sign his/ her chromebook back in.

All students must check their chromebooks back in before snack and may check them back out after snack.
